I live in Colorado so I rely on the podcasts from the day before to get my Chicago sports news, but if I have to keep putting up with this crappy app my years of being a loyal listener are about over. I've been listening to ESPN 1000 for over 12 years. Now that they've decided that this is the only place where they are going to host their podcasts, if the app isn't working (like right now) there's no way to catch up on the show or listen via another app. Also the short show recap that tells what's happening in that particular hour isn't viewable beyond like 5 words. So if you miss an episode or want to share a great interview with a friend. This app also doesn't allow you to search more than 2 days in the past. When I used to listen to the podcasts on the ESPN app, the Apple podcast app, or even Tune In Radio app I never had this problem. The app doesn't save where you last listened to it, so if I make a phone call, push pause and open another app, receive a phone call, turn my car off, turn my headphones off or simply pause the show for over 15 seconds I NEED TO SPEND MINUTES SCROLLING THROUGH AN EPISODE TO FIND MY EXACT SPOT AGAIN. I love ESPN 1000 and the personalities they have on the air, however this app and their constant changing of where they are posting their podcasts is about to make me give up on the whole channel.
